At Big Z Fabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the nature of our products, all fabric must be returned in its original, uncut condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Prepare the Fabric
Ensure the fabric is clean, uncut, and unwashed, then securely package it in its original shipping materials to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the return label and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at your preferred carrier.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 5-7 business days.
