Can I order fabric samples before committing to a larger purchase?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering swatches to ensure the color, texture, and weight meet your project requirements. Swatches can be selected directly on the product page.
How is the fabric cut and shipped?
All fabric orders are cut in one continuous piece. For example, if you order a quantity of 5 yards, you will receive a single piece of fabric that is 5 yards long.
What is your return policy for cut-to-size fabrics?
Because our fabrics are custom-cut to your specific requirements, we generally do not accept returns unless the material is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders?
We offer tiered pricing and wholesale discounts for designers, manufacturers, and bulk buyers. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote on orders over 50 yards.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Are the colors shown on the website 100% accurate?
While we strive for color accuracy, variations in monitor settings and digital photography can occur. We recommend ordering a swatch if a precise color match is necessary.
